Maybe damage could be less than creator but having more fun and dexterity in PVP, right? If job changing, Injustice Card , Gig Card and Christmas Cookie Card are what I need to prepare? And dose stalker have a good survival abilty without carrying shield?

Yes, the fighting spirit can increase both blade and crossbow form for stalkers.
