An amazing and inspiring story. I have only been learning a few years but have found I am so in love with yoga it's difficult to live without it. Still so much to learn about the practice and myself in terms of my journey. So excited not knowing where it may lead.

What a great conversation. Very informative.
The comparison between the introduction of ashtanga to America and what it’s evolved to in today’s world is so interesting to me. It always comes back to staying true to your Self. Physically, mentally, spiritually. If we could all just pay more attention to what our own body is asking us for and less attention to the happenings in other people’s lives, we’d all be so much happier.
    Dive deep.

I practice Babaji's Kriya Yoga so her story is very inspirational. I've wondered if Ashtanga is right for me and knowing Babaji took such notice of Ashtanga Yogis is wonderful!!!! Jai Jai Mahavatar Babaji! 🙏❤

Such a strong an independent person. This is in contrast to the dogmatic nature of many yoga schools and their teachers

maybe if she ate more plant based fat she'd feel better .. fish is not ethical and poison.. :) Great practitioner though!
