Excellent video. I'm working on a fantasy book on top of working out the magic systems, world-building, characters, etc. I'm toying with either a five-man band or an elite four. And this video helped out. They are a part of a military group and thus serve that organization so I can see an Elite four.
Glad I can be of some help :) If you're looking for more research on magic systems, I highly recommend checking out Hello Future Me's videos on Soft and Hard Magic Systems. They're highly educational and as far as world building goes, you won't find better advice than from Brandon Sanderson himself. He has his own channel/lectures that you can check out as well. Hope that helps 🙂
SG-1 from the Stargate franchise serves as a pretty good example. You have Carter, Teal'c, Daniel, and O'Neill, making up the brains/chick, the brawn/guide, the heart/diplomat, and the leader/comic relief, respectively, and serving under the master, or General Hammond. The crew of the Rocinante can also serve as a great example. Holden leads, Naomi is the brains, Alex is the heart, and Amos... Amos is That Guy. Who do they serve? Holden has but one true master: His coffee maker.
Yeah and each Group is about a Family, but in TMNT and Penguins Of Madagascar there is usually the Heart of the Group whether it’s Michelangelo from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or Private for the Penguins Of Madagascar he is the Heart.

Elite four sounds like more five man band lite. This is perfect composition of 3 guys and 1 girl. This formation is also more better when there's a pairs of oppositions and pairs of similarities in the group to balance.
I would say Thanos’s Black Order in Infinity War can be another example, as they do answer to someone of a higher power, but they are pretty bland. Ebony Maw is the only one who feels fleshed out, and that’s only because he has the most memorable dialogue of the four and the best power set.
mmmmmmm interesting... would that be also true if 4 charachters that respond to a higher power dont do anything? like 4 sibling responding to a parent? what im saying is, do the 4 need be elite? like instead could it be a band of losers? its prob dumb to ask but yea
