CNC Coil Winder Dual Winding Modification Part 2

This is a quick follow up to a previous video I posted in which I demonstrated a modification I had made to my CNC coil winding machine.
Following that video the manufacturers of the machine were generous enough to send me a pair of wire guide nozzels so I have been able to make a much better version of this modification which I show in this video.

Unbelievably neat job. Ingenious to use rotation to set the pitch. I suppose the next step would be a calibrated disc on the nozzle to set the pitch accurately without trial and error 👍

I did actually consider fitting a scale but unfortunately the wires vary slightly in overall diameter even for a specific gauge so it always takes some trial and error to get the pitch setting correct so I decided not to bother.

Jerry, UKCNC sounds like a great company to do business with. I also look forward to seeing you rewind the transformer! I don't need a coil winder, at least at this point, but I'll keep them in mind if I ever need one.
