Can some owner of fisker tell me does this car has OTA update? Some videos say you have to call the technician every time there is no options for ota update

Oh snap!! If you simply can't find it, yeah, that's the worst. No advice at all other than contacting Fisker.
Hopefully you find your fob. I put an Apple Air Tag on my fob because I know I will misplace it one day.

Yes, OTA updates are sent to the car. Then you simply accept them when convenient.
