the above video is related to FORM C which is related to your house address proof. For RC registration i think age limit might be there but not sure of it. Better check with the officers.

Hello, once you submitted then form c you can print or take down immediately. Just enter your application number and print it out.

How do I download current RC from website.
For me knowledge there is no any option to download the RC copy. Only the application form. RC copy always sent in your registered mail id.
