Sometimes, I wish I were able to breathe underwater, only to sink into the deepest part of the ocean, where no one can reach me, where I can't hear anything or anyone. Where there is silence, peace, and fall asleep for hours.

I can lay awake for 6 hours and not be able to sleep, mainly because of my ADHD but in that time, my mind wanders and my head wont go quiet. I think about every bad thing that has ever happened to me and it often results in me crying myself to sleep. I’m now prescribed melatonin for my sleeping issues but my mind still wont stay quiet. These kinds of playlists are the only things that can help my head stay completely silent.
