I too have a Neptune, a Pegasus, interesting fossils, original photographic art from around the world, original first nations carving and braiding/beading pieces. My guests are blown away by the art...all by known artists, which I do not display in space photos or prose descriptions- it's a surprise for my guests.

I've been using Peerspace for a couple of years, now, and I really wish they offered an option to change the rate based on certain days. The same goes for automatic fees for last minute bookings. I have to list same-day rentals as an add-on, and most renters don't see that.

Very cool video. Good tips for Peerspace. We’ve been operating our event space for 7 years and just joined PS. We do lots of video and photoshoots too and you’re right, they are so clean and we do not give them a cleaning fee. PS. Message me about that Netflix pitch. Let’s see what you have!
You CAN set different rates for different times of day or days of week. We have a couple properties on Peerspace and the place to find this is not very intuitive. We create our least expensive hourly rate during turnover time slot Sunday-Friday, then more expensive weekdays morning or evening, then most expensive Friday at 4-Sunday at 11. When Airbnb bookings can earn a premium.

My experience on booking on peer space was doable even though I took my time to book. it was the same rate at varies time I checked not he space availability.
Do you think converting a garage space would do well for Peerspace? Assuming it’s dope inside ofc but I just don’t know if the curb appeal will put off bookings. Do people care ?
I think if u rent your garage as a “cool garage” yes but if u turn it into an another type of set, I’m not sure. But that’s the beauty that nobody really knows. There’s a chance that it can work! Good luck
Just curious if you are still living there where do you go when some is occupying your space? I understand if it was 1 or 2 days but if it is multiple days a week and its week after week that sounds exhausting especially if you don't have a 9-5 to go to.
It’s an hour or 2 at a time usually. But if it’s a $2000 all evening booking I’ll stay at a hotel
Quick question, and I promise I'll comment again on the actual video: Do you have an updated list of recommended bedroom furniture, specifically mattresses? The HOFISH looks like it won't be available, at least on Amazon, for a while. Any other suggestions? Also, sofamania is looking pretty sparse too. Supply chain, yeah yeah, but you're still expanding, so where are your alternative spots and brands?

Do you use schedule C or Schedule E for your Peerspace listing?
Peerspace are impossible to even register with. Lavish Locations was so much easier.

Supposedly peerspace has or should have insurance to help pay for. But i'm sure google would be a good place to search and find from peerspace their theft policy
