This is 5 years before i started watching Coronation Street . Thank you so much for hours of entertainment. I wish some of these characters were still in it. It was much better back then. Watching these episodes of yours is my reward after my long 10 1\2 hour work shifts

I wasn't a fan of Natalie when she first appeared but the Des/Tony deaths angry tormented woman has grown on me. Sally has never had a flattering hair style. Audrey couldn't keep her mouth shut if her life depended on it and Don Juan Martin being the Weatherfield womanizer just baffles me. I am loving seeing the old episodes despite the crazy storylines

Thank you again for this. Have been watching Corrie for a while now. I do appreciate your hard work, in compiling these, for everyone's entertainment. I have two comments (to the Producers/scriptwriters of the day):
1. With all the bickering, arguments and fights, which is the norm in Corrie, I have not seen, nor heard anyone swearing outright, using the "eff" for eg........
2. With the amount of liquor that flows daily, I am amazed no one has ever had any liver or kidney complaints/ ailments

Tyrone is a better son to Jack and Vera , than Terry Duckworth every was , Jack and Vera think the world of Tyrone , He is just like a real son
Tbf though, Jack and Vera are different now, they weren't really good parents to Terry.
They have a second chance with Tyrone but I wonder how Terry may have been if his parents were the way they are now instead of the way they were then.

Rebecca is always upset with Martin for dropping her every 5 minutes to mope around his wife and kids, in the real world are side chicks really this delusional? "What, so is that it? You're just going to go?" Duuuuuuuuh, she's just his dirty little secret so of course he's going to go to his family whenever they call. His face is always tripping him so 🤬 knows how he has 2 women interested in the first place, these scriptwriters don't mind suspending a bit of disbelief do they? 😂❤😂

It's weird. I assume I am hearing an accent from near Hartlepool in Vinny Sorrell, unless he is changing it. But he doesn't sound anything like Des and Colin. I was grossed out by Des's accent all the time, and I like the way Vinny talks. Maybe he is mimicking a Manchester area accent and there is a bit of his own coming through?

On some level Gail is loving all this control Sarah's pregnancy is giving her. She gets to make all the decisions, including by-passing the baby's father and having cozy little chats with Sarah where she acts out her Earth Mother superiority complex while gently injecting terror into Sarah about the obstacles ahead. It's really quite creepy, sadistic, and disgusting.
I'm waiting with bated breath for Martin to announce he's leaving her.That'll jolt her out of her smug notion that they're one big happy family that pulls together no matter what, under her matriarchal rule.

People keep harping on how horrible Tony was, but it was only in the last year or so, as a drug dealer. He was insecure and possessive with his girlfriends, and then shallowly discarded them, but he wasn't evil through those earlier years. Anyway, just a TV show.
