Customers wanted to be able to store their media and play it back, not to have to pay to rent their media from giant studios or record companies month after month. Again and again, Apple gave customers what was best for Apple, not what was best for the customer.
Overall it’s a better experience to stream music manage a collec to on of purchased music that only exists in one place. Sing able to access all music on any device is much better.
