If You go back to the scene where his old secretary was going on maternity leave or assistant should I say and she was explaining his habits to the new girl. It might be a form of autism but they don't really say in the movie it's just implied

The character Andrew has a disorder on the autism spectrum, perhaps Asperger's. I am not familiar with the actor who plays the character, but if he is not on the spectrum it would indeed require some talent to play the character as well as he did.
