This brings back memories to early spring Brick NJ 1982 , my father purchased a boat of similar size at the 1982 Asbury Park Boat Show and the best 1982 had to offer LOL. It was a 1982 Viking Suncruiser 25ft ( company merged into Chris Craft in 1983 ) I rmember the demo ride with our instructor , I still remember that ride twas exciting.
Congratulations!! I had a 2022 795 S2 for a year, it's a magnificent boat. I made a lot of improvements of all kinds, but in the end I sold it to have more space and power!!

Congrats, beautiful family boat. Let the learning begin and remember it can (hehe it will) be stressfull the first few times but dont let that ruin the great times ahead. First 12 months are a huge learning curve as much as youtube is a great learning resource. Enjoy it, looks like youve definately done your homework before going all in. @MySUPRunnethOver one of the most stressfull jobs is getting it back on the trailer at the boat ramp. Dont be afraid to walk it along the dock using a line tied on the cleats at the stern and bow. If you back the trailer to deep into the water you will find it very hard to centre the boat on the trailer. Im 3 years in on our boat (only a 19ft sports cabin) and ibstill just walk it on holding a dock line tied front and back, then when the bow touches the back roller on the trailer i go and connect the winch and just wind it on. Yours is a fair bit bigger so you will probably have to look at electric winch setup. But yeah, if you submerge the trailer to deep, you will never line it up.

Truth is that we went to see another boat but once my wife saw the Merry Fisher she told me "that's our boat"🤣 And she's the commander in chief so 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️🤣...but the dealer is now going to close for summer holidays so we have to wait until september to really start the process🤭. Just remember its better to cruise than flat out speed. Your fuel bill will be lower. The consumption has a steep curve the faster you go.
