The first place which is my Favorite sold for 16 million. It’s original price was 36 million as stated. There are no private beaches in Hawaii, someone could kayak or SUP to the so called secret beach and the owners of the property would have no say.
Beaches can be private.And you'd get arrested if you were found to harass the people owning that beach. The sandy part. You surfing or kayaking in front of those peoples's house is perfectly legal. Don't be so bitter. That's why people like you are never found in those type of houses. Happy surfing and kayaking to you too.

@@MMm-oi2ep Then you should know there are no private Beaches here When people don’t know and misinform the public/tourists or potential home buyers they need to be corrected. Because Celebrities and the wealthy value privacy, the kind of people who buy Oceanfront homes. The public needs to know as well so when someone does not allow access to the Beach they will know they have the law on their side.

I live here in maui Hawaii and it is some what racist. People here don't want you too move here. You can come visit and stay in the hotels in Kanapali, Lahaina, but dont expect a warm welcome if you move here. Its divided kahului, Paia, Wailuku are very Hawaiian tongan, samoan and other asian descent taiwanese, japanese, chinese, vietnamese, micronesian and mexican. kihei is all white though and also of country is white very split diverse community.
