Hali is so pretty. Much prettier when you restyle her. I love the swim suit, but I don't keep my dolls in their original looks most the time. And changing them up really shows how pretty they can be in different ways. It's like another character.
I can totally see Hali being one of the prettiest dolls, especially with a restyle. I might do that one day with her and some other dolls. It really does make them look like a different character.
Wow I didn’t realize they had rereleased Harper with new outfit and accessories because of the whole Burberry thing. I did buy the original when it first came out and the pool. I love the pool, but I had to disassemble it because it took up so much room. I still have it though in case I find the perfect place to display it!
I kinda like the new swimsuit that matches the pool umbrella! Good eye!
It's such an interesting situation for this doll. I love both versions. And I'll have to pack away the pool set as well, until I can figure out how to display it. It's really well made and looks so good with the dolls.

Hi, this is the first I'm hearing of thisssss variant update. I must have! I too get obsessed when there's even a slight difference. I have some barbies in boxes that are duplicates but differently posed and it brings me joy... 😜

@@jennymousoulis9610 I would assume it would be all the dolls, since this is a variant that exists because of need to change the Burberry print. You could always try ordering one and if you don't get the variant, you could just return it. 🤷🏻♂️

This is so interesting what you said about Harper Dune and Burberry, the older Rainbow High dolls berfore slime and all the gimmicks, had two outfits and they were made like they came from different fancy high tone dress stores, and they were amazing very good quality dolls and outfits, but now they’ve really gone downhill. I would like to get the darling little orange haired doll with the shimmer legs, I don’t like them but the dolls face is so darling and sweet. The Winter wonderland dolls have beautiful faces and hair but the clothes are horrible. How do you think they would look if you didn’t put in the water stuff in the clothes?
I found it so interesting too. I really miss the older RH dolls. The clothes were so great. That being said, the clothes on the Sparkle & Shine dolls with the glitter legs are all rather nice. Clementine, the orange one is absolutely adorable. I recommend her! The Winter Wonderland dolls I didn't like as much, the clothes are nice that don't have the water puff gimmick. I think even without adding water, they look rather strange. I do love my Bella though, after giving her a different dress to wear.
I've never got the pool. Even though it takes up room, you could stagger many dolls in poses & also use as a doll display stage.
I'm contemplating using it as a display on the very top shelf and putting all the Pacific Coast and Swim & Style dolls on it together.

I got the Harper with the Burberry print. I got her for $9. Not that I display her wearing it I don't like it. I redressed my PC dolls. I just changed up her hair and added a another top.
@@iamsoverybored878 it seems a lot of people like to restyle their RH dolls, I love that! I might have to do that with more of mine.
@@BearlyUnboxed I usually keep them as is. Unless I don't like a part of their outfit or I find one thrifting.

I have a USED original Harper with SOME Burberry inspired pieces. She has the hat, bikini bottoms, and purse.
I then ordered another one NIB and of course got the new one. I'll tell you...the hair on the new one is awful. Very thinly rooted compared to my used one.
You are the second person to say the hair is awful on the new one. I thought mine was nicer than the old one. But maybe I got lucky? I think it's probably because I have yet to remove the hat from the original one, because I want it to stay in place. 😆
Seems so silly that companies can claim copyright on tartan...but I guess we live in a silly world, it's not like Burberry are making doll clothing that Rainbow High are trying to compete with lol, what party poopers!
It's really weird because Rainbow High parodies everything, and parody is supposed to be protected. But apparently Burberry still got their way. 🤷🏻♂️
@@BearlyUnboxedhmm perhaps MGA has too many pending lawsuits and thought it not worth the time and legal fees lol
We can only speculate, but I imagine that since it was an older doll they just decided to change it and release some so that it would satisfy Burberry and they could move on.
