It's a tricky one. they are asking about the existing system to be improved, not the new system.
The existing will be improved in April or May (four or five months), the new one will be done in October (nine months)

This test is quite easy, this pavement is slow enough to hear, but section 3 is hard to distinguish 2 voice actor, Despite all the debuffs ( advs or outside noises ) I still get 33/40 is reasonable to be relax
