I’m not kidding, 6 months ago I was 300 pounds, addicted to pain medication after my back surgery. My dad died suddenly in December.. I had 2 ways to go and I’ve lost 80 pounds and box every single day and I’m sober 100% and feel alive again. Thank you Goggins. Stay hard!!

Just finished his book today. I’ve been watching his videos since March. I have lost 30 pounds since then. I now run at least 5 miles a day and have gotten a 30% raise at work. I will continue to grind and increase my work load because life has no finish line and I learned that from Goggins. I would want to thank him but he would want me to thank myself and tell me to stay hard!

I am watching the day after fracturing my ankle. 3 months ago I started training because of Goggins. Was a fat 122kg guy and got down to 105 kg. Now I’m in a f*kn cast for minimum 6 weeks. I’m pissed off upset about this affecting and taking my training away something I have given everything to the last 12 weeks. But one thing I have noticed is my mindset, after changing it to start working in the first place and becoming fit in the first place I now say f*ck this right now but I WILL BE BACK BIGGER STRONGER FASTER. Sit-ups pull ups and improvised push ups for the time being. Never quit and never give up. If I can do it as a cripple so can you, do it.

I've had a long journey changing my mindset that was steeped in comfort either mediocrity and laziness. Now I run at 4am and it fuels me seeing each house in darkness as I run by before work. People saying "you're crazy, why get up at that time to run? Do it after work". My answer "I do". Motherf**Kers will always want to drag you back. I get my miles in regardless. 30 years old and going nowhere. 35lbs down, fit, motivated, accomplished. My wife has never been happier. Goggins is real. Do the work and show up every day folks. It's the hardest thing to lace up the shoes. Get after it and remember, the only person that stops you is you.
To success you must fail to success you have to be willing to go to places and do things people don’t want to never throw in the towel be real with who you are embrace hate and be willing to outwork everyone and go beyond limitations speak positive into the world believe in yourself and never care what anybody thinks about you if you want something go get it self improvement has to be a obsessive constant thing in your life it’s a lifestyle it’s a journey it’s a process and never get complacent never let your foot off the gas 💯
