      @@따미-k6o 초콜릿템퍼링 유무입니다. 템퍼링과정을거친 것이 코팅초콜릿입니다. 굳었을때 확실하게 굳아지고 겉에 윤기가나고 반짝거리는게 특징입니다 :)
