Your bird quilt is just lovely! As is your stitching! Well done on your knitting...I'm sorry the sock did not fit! It looks beautifully done. I really enjoyed your video....take care!
Dizziness, your stitching projects are wonderful! I love your lone sock - I've never been brave enough to try knitting socks, although I have knitted other items. Keep up the great progress you're making on all your projects.

So love visiting with you. I will join with you for your birthday month stitching Stacy Nash design Animal Crackers ‘ Bobbin ‘,giving me time to kit this one. Love your caddy to sit in your trolley (I have that trolley and want it looking tidy),so this is on my shopping list. Your needle book is fabulous and wonderful way to put together. Blessings and happy stitching.
What a wonderful 40mins of stitchy goodness. Loving all of your finishes and WIPs. Sorry to have missed you at the meet up. Will have to get into gear and find a Stacy Nash pattern to stitch with you ❤
I enjoyed seeing what you're working on! Thanks for sharing. I have a few Stacy Nash patterns that I would love to stitch but I find it hard to commit because I change my mind so often but have fun with it!
Thank you! That’s ok, I know we all have our own personal stitchy goals, or things we want to work on. So many great patterns and designers out there! Have a wonderful week!
Hey Liz! So sorry about the dreaded C invading the family, but glad you guys are feeling better now. SO exciting that your daughter is learning to drive! Don't worry, soon enough she will feel confident and enjoy the freedom of going places by herself :D it's been such a great stitchy month for you despite everything that's happened, love your ffos and finishes, and of course your wips a gorgeous. I wish I had the skills to make such beautiful quilts too, what heirloom treasures those are! And yes I will be joining you for your birthday SAL, soon as I decide which Stacey Nash I want to do lol there are a few!
Another great video - you are very talented Lizzy. I would love to stitch a Stacy Nash small with you for your birthday - The Federal Sampler and Sewing Bag. I'm sorry you've all had covid, my husband has just come down with it! All the best to your friend for his CABG - I hope he recovers well.
Hi Lizzy! I enjoyed your FlossTube. You did a great job on your job socks…seriously! I have taught many people to knit them and I am impressed. Keep trying. My first sock was huge and baggy. I will join you in June to help you through a most challenging time and also to celebrate both your Dad’s life and your birth. I will find a patriotic Stacy Nash small to stitch. I have one in mind but can’t remember the name. Hugs to you. Becky
I really enjoy your videos, such beautiful stitching. I have just ordered Birds of a feather needle book so I’d love to join you in June, hopefully it will be with me by then. Your sock looks pretty good, shame it doesn’t fit you, your daughter doesn’t know what’s she’s missing, still that’s 16 for you! I’ve been knitting socks for about 50 years, so good on you especially trying and succeeding all on your own. Happy stitching and knitting and quilting🎉
@@lizzythestitcher mine is coming from 123 Stitch. If you haven’t already seen it Katie Strachan’s latest Tutorial is on her similar finish of a pin keep - Feathered Nest Pin-keep. I found it very easy to follow.
Another fabulous video. Your project are all fabulous and as for your finishing, just amazing. I have a Stacey Nash small all kitted ready, can’t remember what the pattern is called, but will let you know when we get home from holiday. I will check out All Threads to see if they have orange velvet
Good job on your sock. I used the 9 inch circular from the crazy sock lady tutorial except for the toe decrease. I used the springers yarn nook video. She has a series on sock knitting and it was video 7. Check it out and it might help with that part of it. We stitch so much in common! I enjoyed your video!
Ohhh! I am attempting my first sock too!!! I have 3 rounds of the heel done! Your sock is wonderful!!! I'm not really sure if my 2nd sock will look the same as the first! I am learning the same way you are... nobody near me to help when I mess up!!!
Yay for your sock!! My main error was dropping stitches off the needle and how to pick them up again, learning about twisted stitches , and how to stitch back to an error. Although none of that was easy especially on a circular needle. Just keep looking at tutorials on you tube, you can do it!
@lizzythestitcher I'm struggling with the heel, it seems wrong, like it's pulling from the row before & getting tighter & harder to stitch, so I pulled the stitches out back to the beginning of the heel to try again! I appreciate the encouragement!

Thank you Debbie! I have started the second sock but a few things went wrong so it’s having a holiday at the moment! Thanks for watching!
Your projects are all so gorgeous!! Love the pink floss you used for the Primrose Cottage Valentine stitch!! Very nice.
Thank you so much!
So good to see you! You are so funny about your 1 sock…..I’ve never ever attempted knitting 🧶….love your precious bird quilt❣️❤️❤️❤️
I just wanted to do something to remember my mum so gave the sock a try. Glad I didn't start with a jumper! Happy stitching!!

Thank you! That poor sock, it is so lonely! I don't mind trying new things. It doesn't always turn out but fun trying!

Oh yes we all have a very big stitch wish list to do! A lifetime worth! Thanks for your sweet comments!
Lizzy, you could use the socks as house socks - where the size is not so important. I love the wool you pickes! So fresh!
They don’t really fit, bit small, but thank you!!

Hi Ngara, I am up in the Bay of Plenty in Tauranga. Hope you are getting some stitching in this week 😊
@@lizzythestitcher Kool! A little bit of stitching. Been busy these last few months. Hence no update flosstube from me.
