• Delimitation commission is a statutory body formed under Delimitation commission act, 1972.
• The term Anglo Indian is defined as per the article 366 (2) of the Indian constitution.
• Vidhana Soudha ( legislative assembly) in Bangalore, seat of state legislature of Karnataka - 224 members.

sir for parliament(MP) seats delimitation commission will increase the seats but who will increase the seats for MLA in states as Telangana and AP seats have increased after bifurcation. Please explain.
