this was after you get one of the “welcome to blackspace” letters and interacting with the hole so
it does imply that sunny is aware of the scribbling so i think he did do it?? probably sometime after the accident cuz it wouldnt make sense beforehand since thered be no reason to scribble out kel or aubrey, and before he decided to become a shut-in (keep in mind he didnt become a shut-in immediately after the accident)
also idk why basil would scribble the photos either makes more sense for sunny since hes the one using headspace to cope and trying to forget his reality including the people in it
