I just got mine In The of duty boxset series from 88 Films, bargain just £30 from Amazon in very good condition, just little damage of side, rest of it perfect condition also blu ray disc mint condition 😊

I'm from germany and I actually didn't think about the region lock. I ordered this set because it looks so nice and I didn't know about the one from Eureka. Thank god I have a region free player ... ^^

OMG. It’s just beautiful. I decided to go with the 88 set to save a little on shelf space.
Same here mate, plus it worked out cheaper and I’m Scottish and therefore tight with money.
Cannot wait to purchase this in a few weeks.
I prefer the artwork to 88 Films. Each artwork on 88’s blu rays look more action packed than Eureka.
The third ITLOD Eureka art cover has that urine colour which is one of the reasons why I went for the 88 set.

Phenomenal looking box set I live in America so it’s more ideal to get this set I asked for it for my birthday which is next Monday and I’m getting it. I’ve never seen any of those movies unfortunately but I will next week for sure. I also asked for the Jackie Chan movie collection from Criterion collection which I’m also getting and I’m super excited about. Fun facts about me my birthday is a day after Jackie Chan’s and I’m the same age as his daughter Etta.

Awesome looking set! I haven’t got mine yet but I’m looking forward to it! It’s funny this set is due for release the day before my birthday in one month however you have it already and you are further away than I am. I’m happy you got it though and really early too.

I will be buying 2 copies of these. Also the Tiger Cage series from Shoutfactory comes out next month in May. I'm a big fan of The In The Line Of Duty series. I hope 88 films decides to release In The Line Of Duty 5, 6 and 7 in a box set on blu ray in the future. Because I look at it as they might as well release the whole series.
I think the rights for 5, 6 and 7 are held by different people to 1-4. Sometimes even if a label desperately wants to put out a title, it's just not possible.
Anything is possible, if they come with a contract and a distribution deal, but we will see in the future.
I'm in Denmark so i'm importing no matter what.. I do have the Eureka ones, but no way i'm missing out on this set... + i do prefer 88 over Eureka as a whole.
Me too mate, though I may be more than a little biased. 88 have helped me lots with my TH-cam channel, donated items on several occasions for me to giveaway here and always been really helpful anytime I’ve spoken with them when working on Eastern Heroes issues. Eureka by contrast, have never responded to any attempts to make contact with them for fact checking basic info, even when we dedicated entire issues of the magazine to their Bluray releases and showcased and collaborated with their cover artist. Not to mention 88 kickstarted the current ‘Shaw Brothers on Bluray’ cycle we’re currently enjoying the fruits of. Without them I suspect Arrow and Shout would never have started putting out Shaw Brothers boxsets. They’re a really, really great label. Though I do still pickup as many Eureka releases as I can afford to as well.
@@TheFanaticalDragon Oh i've had plenty of talks with 88 myself.. Sadly no help with my channel haha (but then again im in Denmark) and i'm REALLY not a fan of Eureka doin the double/triple features. I prefer each movie having their own art so yea 88 is without a doubt my favorite label. They just tend to rel the most stuff that's down my alley.

Nope, Eureka released them in the UK and on region B discs. This is the US import, locked to region A

Sheeet it’s nice! But I’m not gonna pay extra for two films I don’t have any interest in, nor do they directly tie into the first two movies in the first place.
None of them really tie together really, it’s a very random series. But the good thing about 88 doing the box and Eureka doing the standalones is it gives folks the choice, best of both worlds :)
@@TheFanaticalDragonBut the sad thing is that, for Eureka's standalone is region B. Where else, mu country only recognises region A, which can only be done by buying the boxset
A Multi region player is the way forward my friend! Lots of players not advertised as being multi region can be modified to all regions with simple remote control ‘hacks’
@@kabilan2895 Alternatively, you can try to order in a budget Bluray player from UK instead of getting a pricey multi region player. Think about it, all you need are just 1 Region A 4K player and 1 Region B standard player. Very unlikely that any of us would be buying Region C, D, etc.
True, but sometimes that requires a power converter depending on the voltage in the country you’re in, I often thought of getting a Japanese games console but the cost of a reliable step down converter is often more expensive than the console itself 😂
