diy:perfect ruffle headband

This is as amazing ruffled satin headband tutorial.
Welcome to my channel.
To make this ruffles head band you need the following : 2.5 inches wide padded head/hair band, 1m x 6.5 inches satin, 2 small 5 inches long strips of satin, a pair of scissors, chalk, glue gun and tape measure.
To start with, measure the tiniest part of your band and the end of the widest part for the finishing of the band , then cut your strips of fabric at least 5 inches long adding 1/4 sewing allowance. Stitch and make sure the stitch is in the centre of the headband. Give a good press and wear over the headband.
To make the satin ruffles , cut a 6.5 inches meter long fabric ( variable) . taper the bottom before stitching and leave a 3 inches opening to turn inside out.
Put in the padded headband and use a glue gun to close up opening. Fold the ends and glue to close up neatly. Arrange the folds to even out and your satin ruffles headband is ready.
