G'day Chris, Thanks for your kind words mate. The layout is coming along with the added details. May have to order another 36 milk crates for the layout. Cheers, Gary.
G'day Mike, Thanks for your kind words. It is the details that bring a layout to life. We all run locomotives and rolling stock with outstanding details, so the scenes we run our trains through should be the same ! By the way, you have a great channel and thank you for joining me here. Cheers, Gary.
Love the detail work, especially the abandoned track near the old concrete platform. And being an urban modeler, really love the gritty feel. Great work!
G'day MTRR9776, Thanks for your kind comment, it is very much appreciated. I must say that there is something really cool about urban branch lines, the way they snake around a city or industrial area. Cheers, Gary.
G'day Bernard, Thank you for your kind comment and a big thank you for producing an awesome product ! I have used your trash cans, tie plates, milk crates, garbage bags and possibly a few more of your items on the layout. Your products really help to lift a scene to create something that is believable ! Come to think of it, I'm sure I have a few of your figures to paint up and place on the layout as well ! Cheers, Gary.
G'day The ClosetBranch, Thanks for your kind words. Check out my other videos, I have documented the whole build of this layout, including some of my scratch building. Cheers, Gary.
G'day dundasjunction.... Thanks for your kind words, much appreciated. I still have plenty to do on the layout, more scenery, bushes, weeds, trash and install the switch stands and CCTV cameras. I do have to complete a new back scene for the entire layout, except for the peninsula. Cheers, Gary.
G'day Tolga, Thanks for your kind words. I'll be adding more little details over the next couple of months. You know what they say, 'a model railroad is never really finished' ! 😉 I have said it before and I'll say it again, your channel/videos are a huge inspiration for the detailing of my layout. I appreciate everything you do. 👌 Cheers, Gary.
G'day PMRR, Thanks for your kind words, much appreciated. All my videos are produced on Microsoft Clipchamp. I use the free version, as I find it does what I want and I get to save a few $$ for more models ! 😉 Cheers, Gary.
Love it!!! We actually used to live in West Palm and I remember seeing FEC everyday the 3 trains coming from Jacksonville to Miami! Would love your help on my layout lol
G'day OPS_GUY2023, Thanks for your kind comment. I would like to get across to Miami and see the FEC with my eyes, not necessarily via TH-cam or other means, but jumping on a plane and coming over. Unfortunately it is what it is when living in Sydney, Australia ! Check out the link I posted within the video description, here you will find everything about the layout from inception to its current state. Cheers, Gary.
G'day beeble2003 Thanks for your reply. Maybe I don't need to blow the horn each time, but the videos I have watched on the real Miami Down Town spur, this actually happens ! 😉 Cheers, Gary.
Awesome work!

Nice detail work…what code rail did you use for the layout…
G'day Robert,
I use Peco Code 100 on my layouts, easy supply in Australia ! Thank you for your kind comment.
Cheers, Gary.
Nice. But no need to blow the horn every time the locomotive starts moving.

@@Gaz3801 Oh, OK. None of the real-life switching videos I've seen has that, so maybe that's the policy of this particular company.
