【岡山三大だんじり祭り】鴻八幡宮例大祭（2024）明治だんじり 練習【倉敷市児島】

毎年10月第2土曜日と日曜日、岡山県倉敷市児島にある鴻八幡宮（こうはちまんぐう）で例大祭が行われます。
だんじり18台と千歳楽1基が午前と午後の部に分かれ、参道の急坂（傾斜16度，長さ80メートル）を約200人から400人の氏子により、威勢良く曳き上げられます。
岡山三大だんじり祭りに数えられ、江戸時代後期から約200年の歴史を持つ祭りばやし「しゃぎり」は、岡山県重要無形民俗文化財に指定されています。
この祭りばやしは、5種類の楽器により、7曲が奏でられ、だんじりの動きに合わせて曲想を変え、祭りを大いに盛り上げます。
The annual festival is held on the second Saturday and Sunday of October every year at Kou Hachimangu Shrine in Kojima, Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture, Japan.
18 floats "Danjiri" and 1 drum float "Senzairaku" enter the shrine grounds divide into morning and afternoon and are pulled up the steep slope of the approach (16 degrees slope and 80 meters long), by 200 - 400 parishioners in a thrilling spectacle.
It is counted as one of Okayama's Three Grand Danjiri Festivals, and the festival music "Shagiri" has a history of around 200 years since the late Edo period, and is an Important Intangible Folk Cultural Property of Okayama Prefecture.
This festival music will played 7 tunes by 5 instruments, and the song will be changed according to the movement of the float, which will greatly enhance the festival.
