ASMR - Luxury Hotel Check In Roleplay (Royal Suite)

- Welcome along to one of our recent trips to a beautiful Hotel in Abu Dhabi! Since many of you enjoy my room tours on IG, I thought i'd incorporate another to this video! I also included whipping up a quick V60 for you with a selection of delicious specialty coffees.
As a side note, I successfully shot the room footage in the horizontal position this time so you can enjoy a proper panoramic view :D

ASMR is essentially a made up acronym (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response ) used to describe that tingly / buzzing feeling you may have experienced in your head or running down your spine. The sensation can be triggered by personal attention, tutorials, sounds etc. If you are discovering "ASMR" videos for the first time, their primary purpose is just to relax and almost always to send the listener to sleep.
I'd almost love to see him do just like a small hotel in the woods somewhere, nothing creepy, more just homie, budget articulate hotels but still banging customer service

As a child, I always LOVED staying in hotels- I didn't really need the bells and whistles, but there was something about being taken care of in a space that felt more decadent than mundane. These role plays remind me of the joy I did (and still do) get from hotel stays. The over the top luxurious service only enhances the fondness with which I associate with these videos. Thank you for bringing me this joy ❤❤❤
Wow, as a coffee connoisseur it was great to see a V60 with proper technique and an explanation on specialty coffee, and a shock to hear James Hoffman's name in an ASMR video

ahhhhh, I love your concierge videos so much, thank you for making it a series! (also lol love the Matt interactions) One of my first ever experiences of ASMR, out in the wild, was from an enthusiastic lady who ran the lodging at a historic lighthouse my family & I visited, in the gulf of Finland. Everyone took the ferry out to it, but had to ride it back in a few hours, unless you stayed the night. The concierge/chef/lady in charge, one of the only other people on the tiny rock, came to our room, asking us "so! when would you like take a sauna? and when would you like dinner?" giving us options and soothingly scheduling our itinerary.
I was still seasick from the ferry, but her soft kindness & hospitality gave me SUCH strong tingles up and down my neck, and a sense of relaxation that carried me through the night. It made such an impression that when I learned of ASMR years & years later (and now years & years ago), I searched for concierge videos all the time, but there were hardly any. However yours capture the gentle confidence of "assuring someone's stay" that make you feel totally cared for in a way that takes me right back to that small island! Sorry to ramble, just had to share how much these gentle connection videos mean!

Having stayed in Dubai, I can say that the service and rooms are quite wonderful. Everywhere I stayed had marble and beautiful baths. The people are gracious and the service is amazing. Getting out into the city to dine or shop is amazing. Coffee especially is delicious and made with love. I also stayed in Sharjah on the beach and the pink sand and sea breeze was so relaxing. The shopping is unreal. From the over the top malls to custom tailored made to order abayas at the souks....it's unbelievable.
I have heard nothing but great things about Dubai. I'm from the US so it is far but one day I hope to go there.

Matt's exquisite treatment is exactly what you need when on the verge of getting a cold and trying to fall asleep at all. The narration and theme feels authentically soothing. The moment with almonds and the writing with pencil were really great especially.
I love how the back ground always is perfect. Matt always as the greatest backgrounds.
I rember the 1s he got sponsored by a video game and he did a video game store asmr and I didn't even now at 1st it was a sponsor it was flawless
I just wanted to come in and say how much I love your content. Last week I had a taste testing practical where I sampled different types of bread and during the briefing one of the moderators asked why we take a sip of water after each sample. Lo and behold I randomly watched your finest dessert consultantion a couple of days prior and nto expecting to be asked that question and my answer was that the water aims to cleanse your palate 😃.

Prosecco is also another wonderful palate cleanser that serve as an apertif.
ASMR can be a strangely educational experience. you wouldn’t necessarily expect it to be one, but I pick up little factoids from all sorts of different ASMR videos.
@@weltygameclips at my work I often see people enjoying prosecco with their meal, I personally haven't tried prosecco before so your comment intrigued me as to why!
@@OfficialParkit Yes that is correct. :) I work at a fancy high end restaurant so I am versed in such things.
I just wanted to give kudos to how wide your imagination is, you do this smoothly for long takes without cuts, while you are in the middle of ASMRing, those are two jobs made perfectly!

As I watch this video, I'm struck by how well done it is. And the longer I watch, the fancier I feel, like I could fit in comfortably with high society just by following along with this.
