I am a preschool teacher and what is really helpful with helping your littles to know how to better put away their toys was to take pics of the baskets with the toys and print them out and tape them on the outside of each basket to help them to know where to put the toys.

Don't be so harsh on yourself. You manifesting of saying less and doing more is a start already. Putting yourself first is not being selfish but, setting yourself to be a better version of you for yourself and for your kids.
I have 3 kids, fulltime job, a wife, a sister etc and have stage 4 Endometriosis. I've always been a big girl but, I've shifted my mind set to make myself important enough and doing this for myself and others around me. I've been on this journey since July 2021. My soul has been better working on that which has made an easy decision on choosing healthy choices or just being wise on the not so good stuff.. I'm slowly getting into my old clothes and that is just a bonus, not a focus.
I know, you will come out an even better version of yourself and others around you. Rooting for you 💜. YOU GOT THIS SIS!

To teach them letters, a great place to start is their names. It is the most meaningful way they see letters. You can hang up a picture of each of them with their names under the pictures.

The weight could be protecting you until you mature in the Lord more. For most women as soon as they lose weight they start wearing all them tight naked clothes that most time attract a man that only want what you’re displaying and here we go again. God had instructed women to dress modestly. Tight form fitting clothes is a No No for Christian women. So is the displaying of thighs hips, breast, butts etc. All that is suppose to be for your husband when or if you get one. I always enjoy your videos frustrated and all. Frustrated because it seems like you’re always starting from ground zero. Keep um coming. Much Love!
