If you want maximum regenerative breaking and fuel saving dont use B i the shifter. Use D. B is for engine breaking on long downhills to prevent battery overcharging. Check owners manual.
I think the video could have done with a bit more explanation of benefits and disadvantages of this over the original Toyota Corolla. At the end was it hinted this was cheaper and what were those prices in the UK. Seems a far better option than so many garbage German cars you see on the road nowadays.
