Hoyo should DEFINITELY make a rerun banner for characters that need a rerun only. Cause I'm TIRED,BORED AND EXHAUSTED waiting months and YEARS for the characters i NEED AND WANT.
Yes! I need Hoyo to start doing what other gacha is doing ( like TOF ) when they do an all-out rerun on all released characters... I missed Mualani and Navia due to work and school life.... and it's unbearable having to w8 who knows how many patches now for the chars you missed... I really don't understand why Gacha Games just rerun them quickly as soon as their banner is complete... maybe implement a choice rerun banner for all the characters... that way people who are only waiting for certain characters can finally pull them... instead of just waiting for the rotation....

@@LeoRichTV Thats not how banners work they work by who hasn't had their banner for the longest period of time, and Wriothesley isn't the only character either some character's like Shenhe haven't had reruns even though Shenhe was in lantern rite.

@skullshootercr1783 because Hoyo indirectly buffed some of the enemies but if all enemies were cc-able, Venti will overpower everything and not even the other archons can compete with him but Hoyo decided to shape all the enemies on Venti to balance out the game
God I'm so BORED of female characters. Between WuWa and Genshin I'm starting to get annoyed at myself when I look in the mirror and see boobs once more. I just want a TALL 5* MALE character. I'll stay in the Ifa waiting room and I won't pull anything until we get a tall male.

@@cloudunderweather9554 the whole game makes money off of people gambling. It's well made and pretty but gambling is still a core mechanic of their success. They know what gets people to spend huge amounts and as long as this method continues to work for them there's no incentive for them to change. (TLDR the harder it is to predict and save the more likely you'll give in and spend money.)

I think lantern rite will be awkward this year because the time-line is off by a bit(covid 265 day ayaka banner). That means lantern rite would be between end of 5.4 and begin of 5.5. Which muddies things since nothing can really be moved around because mavuika and citlali are big meta defining/popular characters releasing along with goated reruns. They also have lantern rite, also a big thing that brings a lot of players (thus lots of revenue) but they can't just add another 5* (in madame ping) because that would throw off the balance and mean 4 new playable characters (3 being 5 stars). It would just be too much (they are already pushing it with 5.3). t would 1000% ovewelm the fan base. thus yanlan is still coming on time for everything and still feels like we are celebrating but still have time for ping next update.
I think they should make the meta character in 2 banner, Another special banner specially for rerun character that's less meta(like cyno,shenhe,wriothesley,Xiao,ganyu) where you can select what special char you want, but it have like 5char selector and it resets every 2month or something( where you still can lose 50/50) And the infamous standard banner
My opinion is that Madame Ping will remain a Npc charachter, not playable. Hoyoverse need to explain why she could return "more younger" (i think too much effort to implement it for them). About other info i think Arlecchino and Furina could be expectable.
Wish this would mean that we’ll get new characters starting from Phase 1 until the next patch and then reruns for 21 days on both first and second phases. That’d be a W, since we’d get 4 reruns per patch and then the new characters as a separate banner. But I feel like it means still just 4 characters and first two run the entire patch (which is a W and an L). I have zero expectations though, so I can’t really get disappointed.
This is my wish list and I will try my best not to stray from it: Arlecchino, Furina and Alhaitham from reruns. From new characters I think if Capitano releases in the 5.x duration I might pull for him, and then Dainsleif (not sure if that’s how it’s spelled) but no clue when he’ll come so there might be others before him. And then I want constellations for characters I already have, so will pull for some of them when they have reruns ✌🏽- I just really don’t like how long it takes to build characters so I don’t want to pull for too many. I'm more for getting Venti than Furina I tried them both out and due to certain progress circumstances Venti would be more fun and helpful. As for the Natlan character I want is Mulani she's fun to travel when it comes to water. Fact is Mulani is the most fun water maneuver since Kamisato Ayaka with her ice sprinting.

They also seem to be regional. In 4.5 the lineup was Diluc, Jean, Mona, Klee, Eula and Albedo. You could also get constellations for all Mondstadt 4 stars including the starter characters, 4 star limited banner weapons from Mondstadt (e.g. Alley Flash, Alley Hunter, Mitternachts Waltz), and you could also pull for 5 star weapons including Hunter's Path and Beacon of the Reed Sea (the first and only time they'd been available since release). I used it to get Albedo. We all thought it would be a more regular thing for patches with less going on, but there hasn't been one since 4.5. There were rumours we were going to get a Liyue one in 5.3, but those rumours have stopped.

The new banner system isn't really helping f2p players at all, you are just able to wish on the limited character banner on the first phase but it's not like you get more time to wish, the banner is just there earlier... so unless they have a crippling gambling addiction that's not helpful

I would say having phase 1 with new 2 events character banners is the best thing they can do, make first banners new limited characters and second phase is for rerun characters.
I have a doubt if phase 1 is 42 days its gonna be whole 5.3 patch if phase 2 also in same patch then in phase 2 there are 4 limited banner (phase 1 - 2 new chars+ phase 2 - 2 rerun chars)? Or the 5.3 patch is gonna a long one (42+21) anyone explain

well, 2 years ago she was introduced but Madame Ping leaks got updated a bit in natlan recently that's why we are considering her to be in natlan.

The new banner system isn't really helping f2p players at all, you are just able to wish on the limited character banner on the first phase but it's not like you get more time to wish, the banner is just there earlier... so unless they have a crippling gambling addiction that's not helpful

I would say having phase 1 with new 2 events character banners is the best thing they can do, make first banners new limited characters and second phase is for rerun characters.
