I love vanilla.. why? Honestly i have used packs and loved some but the viggest reason is that they are too distracting. Even default edits just feel odd. Im used to default and it doesnt reduce your fps aswell so thats a plus (ik packs dont effect that much but on a mid range phone every frame matters 💀). Default helps me focus. Like some packs have bright skies, some packs have dark enough ui or transparent enough that i cant see anything when looting chests. Same with when items are customized. Vanilla is just. I dont not use packs. I use a utility mashup by veryshy and hive addons but you get the point. TL;DR : packs are distracting so i use vanilla.
I love default mc textures even though I have a lot of texture packs I never really use them so it’s weird watching you getting confused at looking at the game when you play it all the time

Vanilla pack isn't that bad, but java animations is a must😭💔 (I use qwisom 32× and flawfault they are both default edits, so it isn't that bad )

I use good texture packs, one of them is Cranexe 30x or Nicrofruit 16x or Bedwars to Treasure wars by hiqri 16x
default is literally the greatest pack of all time its good for everything and pvp packs dont even make you better
