As far as price is concerned, in Abdullah Gardens, a Land Price is in between 18 to 20 Lacs per Marla, which comes around 6.8 Carors at higher side and construction costs if aggregate with 34 Marla's plot, then comes around 3 Carors. The total price of your House is 6.8+3=9.8 Carors. But contradict to this You are asking 16 Carors in your video, which is unjustified.
Please look into this and please share correct prices of your All products. Your enhanced prices may be disappointing for your Viewers.
