- I understand that in some marriages, things don't work out. Not because of the kids but because we fall apart. The love we use to have when we were dating is no longer burning and it has become cold. We don't explain to our kids that it's not their fault so they should not hold onto anger within themselves. But the fault is ours, the parents. Seeing a family that is always happy and within a blink of an eye everything falls apart.... I hope every one enjoys this video. Marriage is never easy, if it was we'd all stay married. Both singers did awesome. I can only imagine what an old friend of mine and her children have had to go through. She and her children eventually moved away. Wherever you are, know I think of you from time to time and I hope you have found someone who deserves you and your children.
This song just brought tears to my eyes. I am in a situation where no matter how much I love my husband, we just keep going down a path with absolutely no return. It’s truly breaking my heart and I’m the type of person who tends to hold my emotions in, I do it for the fact that I only want to appear strong and confident to my kids and my loved ones, but behind closed doors i ball my eyes out in my sleep and my husband doesn’t even make an effort anymore. I feel like I’m the blockage in his life and I know I’ll have to eventually let him go in order for me and my kids to move forward with our life. But anyways great job! This song is amazing!
Yea that sounda like my situation too but. My is already seperate for 1 or almost two years now I can't really remember how long ago I been running the streets just trying not to think about it but it's always in the back of your head I'm pretty sure it's over between us I'm still stung by what has happened but I just don't know how it got to this way

This makes me think about my mom and dad when they were together. I know Hmong dad's don't say much and seems distance, but now I'm older I understand how hard it was. And in the end he knew I would understand one day.
Great song that hits home for most. Sometimes the easiest thing to do is to leave. No marriage or family is perfect and sometimes we use our kids as an excuse to stay together, but in the end we end up dying inside. If the love isn’t there anymore... we have to make a choice to love again or leave. Nothing can ever be the same, but we have to change with our love to make it work. Or not. 😭

Omg I cried so hard. 😭 made me thought of my parents. This song is exactly how my dad feels. 💔 They got married so young in the early 70’s back in Laos. Then they got divorced in 2004 when me and my 7 brothers were in our late teens and early 20’s. Now my parents are old and both are still single. 🤧 love this song! 🤧

Growing up my parents were going to divorce several times. I think as kids we would blame ourselves but now that we’re older we understand that adults just change and want/need different things in life and have different values, so it’s best to go separate ways. Children are just the innocent by-products. 🥲 Hopefully this song gives these kids a little comfort. ❤️

There’s a limit when enough is enough and it’s time to move on. But everyone’s boundaries are not all the same because we all have different tolerance. I remembered people telling me the first few years of your marriage will be rocky and it’ll either break you guys apart or bond you guys closer. Yeah it was a rocky few years of my marriage alright. There were many times I’ve thought about leaving him. I’ve cried and I felt that it was the biggest mistake I’ve made in my life, but when I look at his face it brings me back to the beginning. I remembered how we were so much in love with each other. How much time we spent together were never enough. And through all that hardship, I wasn’t alone because he was also going through it with me. All these temporary moments will fade, but the love we had for each other were genuine. Been married for 11 years now and hoping til death do us part. I’m still very much in love with this same man. He’s my best friend, my soulmate.
