The Hand Tractor in Sri Lanka

Hand tractors are often used with a tiller attachment but they can also be attached to a trailer as in this video made in Feb 2019 in Sri Lanka. In the Southern Providence of Sri Lanka, trailers are used to transport crops or as many as 6 or 8 people from one place to another.
