Oh boy! I can’t even recall how many times helps never came back after Christmas while growing up. You’ll find another help and hopefully a better one.
Weldone, to get things pretty done just look for a creche and put Mia there at least till you pick her up you would have done 70-80% of what you want to achieve for that day. I have look for reliable househelp am tired so let me make do with creche for now. Except for weekend if you have an outing you can take her to grandma's place or if hubby is at home to take care of her. Just re strategize
Ada Peace this sounds like a wonderful idea, I have plans of putting her in crèche but just not yet. Maybe in a few more months, I will have separation anxiety ooooooooo 😓😓😓😓
Oh dear. This is so sad. I have a 7month old and I know how draining it can get, although my family is close to me here in Abuja thankfully. The stress of looking for the perfect Nanny is going to be so stressful but you'd get someone soon. Just relax. Thanks for sharing 🌹
GERALDINE JOHN super draining!!!! I can imagine, my family is close to me as well but I usually don’t like to intrude too much. Lol! Thankfully a new person resumed yesterday.
Ndi be nne m ohhhh!!!! I’ve loved watching your asaba vlogs! My mum’s family are from Aboh and the entire family live in Asaba!!! Thanks Alma for sharing your Christmas story.
Kaai, so sorry love, i can really really relate with all what you are saying. These nannies are all the same. Mine did same although she told me she wasn't coming back. She wasn't worth it so i was happy sef she told me she didn't want to come back. i pray you get someone better to stay with you in Jesus name. Amen. Happy 2020
I love that Ndi Asaba preserve ancient customs. Before christianity and colonialism in Eastern Igboland, married women were buried in their fathers compound not husbands place. Its christianity that made Eastern Igbos bury their women in their husbands place.
Alma Ngur Thank you for the reply. In Anambra(Nnewi), on the burial day the corpse of the married woman just comes to her father’s house as per tradition and then proceeds to her husband’s house where she is buried.

Sorry about your daughter's aupair but don't you think it's better that she left than staying and not looking after lovely MIA properly?loving your mum's hair so beautiful I'm not colouring my hair anymore , good luck in finding a new aupair
Toyin Babalola Hmmmm! To be honest, she took care of Mia well! I give it to her, Mia LOVED her. Ah well...she’ll love someone else soon I guess. Lol. Oh yea, my mum and her gorgeous hair. She has never missed a trip to the salon every week since I was born, that’s why it is soo healthy.
This helps issues on youtube. Maybe she didn´t want ( you ) put her face and titlle on the internet, aka make-up transformation etc... Hahahaha Like what is wrong with the helps and their madams. If you leave, leave in peace. This is to hurt you, and is deliberate...i hope she isn´t paying back for some kind of treatments? Why must she leave like that? Is a working relationship, why must she go like that?
Dominique JOUNDA Nope, there were no videos dedicated to her at all on my channel. Also, she was treated like a member of the family so this isn’t about paying back for any kind of treatment. Many of them are notorious for going home for Christmas and not coming back, just thought she was different.
@@AlmaNgur Then let her go with her wahala... A smart person won´t broke her bridges by leaving. It isn´t by force, but common sense and respect would at least want you to call and say, i am over it. Just manners...

Hi Alma! Nice vlogs. Just curious as to why your maternal grandmother was buried in her father’s house? Is it tradition?
29Buchi thank you! Yes it is tradition,, even my paternal grandma was buried in her father’s compound.
