You have a good retirement plan. I was living in Thailand for twenty years and it was my life but bad luck happened and now I'm back in UK for retirement. When I'm officially retired I will go back but will be renting rooms. As I always have. But yes you have chosen a good plan and a good partner.

INFO My wife also keeps giant snails at our house in Sikhoraphum District. She also keeps frogs, fish, chickens, and pigs.
