The energies from the solar eclipse on Monday can still be felt quite strongly at this time, y'all. If anything, perhaps many of us are noticing its effects more afterward than on the day of the eclipse itself.
Make the choice to release the self-imposed trappings of our minds today. Realize how easy it is to bind yourself up in low vibrational feelings like guilt, worry, shame, fear anxiety, etc. It's not to throw too much shade on these feelings because many times they have something to teach us. When we learn the lessons from these prickly emotions popping up, remember to then let it go and release. This release IS the literal moving into calmer waters. Make the emotional choice to release yourself from any mental prison you may feel. You are deeply protected by spirit and the universe as you sail away into calmer waters.
