Can I ask you a question? In my federal resume where do HR specialists like to see the security clearance on the resume? I saw some sites online that say to put it underneath your contact info in the header and I saw other places that say just to add it somewhere in the body of the resume. Thanks in advance.

Great info! I have one question, do you explain in other videos how to identify the exact keywords the manager or supervisor is looking? I have come across with competencies that have too many of them.
Regarding listing salary: You CAN list your salary, in line with the reasoning stated in the video (as an evaluation tool), but if you've written your resume properly, the level of responsibility and your experience should be fairly evident. That can also be made apparent in a cover letter or during the interview (though the resume has to get you that far). If your concern is that listing salary could limit job offers because employers think they can't pay enough, address it in your cover letter. (Ex: I am willing to consider any position and have some flexibility in regard to salary, or, I can be flexible in regard to salary based on the position.) The down side can be if they were planning on offering significantly more than what you've made thus far, so they then offer a lower amount, assuming you're expecting same or will be happy with that. In the latter case, online salary calculators, salary advisors, and sites that report salaries (glass ceiling), can make you aware and give you the negotiating strength to counter.
If you are a current Government employee and want to transfer careers, Is it possible to maintain your current salary if you transfer in at a lower paygrade? I don't have the specialized experience that would qualify me at my current paygrade but, I have a degree and some specialized experience in the career field?
