you guys have to use Rigs of Rods 0.4 0.4 the crashes dont lag just 5 FPS less if you hit a car and the map structures changes.

You don't. I use this game on my dad's HP pavillion laptop and it works perfectly. Unless that is a gaming computer.

+Advanced God77 (MSX) Open ror ans cheat engine. Than go back to Cheat Engine and Open Edit - Settings - Hotkeys. U have to choose a Hotkey that u can make the slow motion. Like the Hotkey "K" for 0.25 speed or "G" for 0.50 speed.
Than go back and press "Select a process to open" (at the top left) and than choose ror in the list. go back to ror and press ur hotkey, what u took for the speed hack.
Than it should work.
