So wait...back up...Love Never Dies has been doing rounds in China for a few months. I took my students to see the show. Phantom is coming next month...same British company. mind blown. I am so curious about a western performers perspective on the Chinese audience. They do this thing where they film the bows so the applause kind of stops...and the orchestra is the star of the show. It's a phenomena I have only seen since living in China.
