Coconut milk is legit. I dont like the taste but drink it anyway. When boxers or mma fighters cut weight you see a lot of them drinking coconut milk as soon as they come off the scale after weighing in to rehydrate and get electrolytes back in. It's great for keeping hydrated while training. Eddie Hall drinks 2 litres a day
