Yes. On this version you press and hold down the button for a couple of seconds, then he will tell you that he is ready for pairing to Bluetooth. From there you just go into the Alexa app and pair it as a device

It’s probably a broken Whistle Piece that’s inside the mechanism. There’s a little whistle shaped piece that goes underneath one of the gears for the head and pivots, and makes the head part go out. This part is probably broken. you might be able to repair it if you’re handy. Otherwise you might be able to 3-D print one if you have a 3-D printer.

@@jokingjuniorluke9995 I’m not sure if you have an Alexa enabled big mouth billy bass. If it’s just playing the song, you may have just the version that is not Alexa compatible

The audio doesn’t come from the fish itself, only the Alexa device itself. The fish is simply an accessory to it.
