My payment has been made in aps, but it still shows as pending. Should I wait till it is confirmed payment on my application before downloading it and sending my documents, or should I send my application right away?

Go to someplace alone, where they don not speak english. Try to talk to them only in german... That fear or low confidence or not able to tell what u want will motive you to learn German

It entirely depends on hiring company and giring team... nothing is standard.. everything varies...
