Janet Rogers - Being an Indian takes more

Host Albert Angus and Raven (played by Carla) introduces Spoken Word Artist Janet Rogers. The Mnequode Band fills this portion with atmospheric music in support of Janet's words. Jason Burnstick on lead guitar, Jason Tuesday on acoustic bass, Jair Machado on percussion and Russell Wallace on keyboards. This performance was recorded at The Centre of the Performing Arts in Vancouver BC as part of the Aboriginal Day Arts & Culture Celebration in June 17, 2004.
