Finally a really valuable video. As a15 Celebrity cruiser, I like the Millenium class ships as they have the last actual dance floors left in cruising. I guess the younger voyagers don't know how to dance. Also, Celebrity has the best loyalty program afloat! Also, The Solstice Class has a really good adults only solarium pool, great for laps. And they do enforce adults only. Thanks, Tom, for the info.

Thanks Tom, another great video.! Based on one of your previous videos, we're really hoping to get into Le Voyage on Ascent this spring. We love Celebrity, but their website performance has been horrendous during their last sale that ended a few days ago. LHB, this has to be addressed.

You are very welcome, Steve. I'm glad you are enjoying the videos. I have a lot more planned February and March! Can't wait to share it all with you.
Le Voyage is going to be amazing on the Ascent. Make sure you come hungry. You will need to order many things. So make room!
Website has been extremely slow the last week. I'll send a message to Celebrity and will give them a heads up! I thought it was just me.

This is a really good video. I would also add the Celebrity is the least smoker-friendly of the big lines. For example, there's no smoking in the casinos, and there are more restricted areas than on RC, Carnival, etc. Also, while there are no restrictions for children, there isn't much for them to do - compared to the other family-oriented cruises. There's no amusement rides or arcades (that I know of). There is a kid's club though. - I've been on a number of cruise forums, and I've decided that the best way to answer people who ask about the dress codes is to ask them first what they are comfortable with. One one level, there are people who love to have the opportunity to dress "to the nines" and get their photographs taken by the ships photographers, Then kind of in the middle where I am, I plan on wearing a nice blouse/shirt, slacks and non-sneaker shoes that are all purpose for every evening. Then are the far bottom scale are the defiant "It's my vacation. I paid for it and can wear swim trucks to the dining rooms at night if I wanna." The last kind of person needs to get over themselves. Celebrity posts a dress code that is very clear on the website. The only place Celebrity could do better is letting people know a few weeks ahead about any special party night like the "Shine the Night" or white night, etc. so that the passengers can plan ahead if they want to go to any of those parties, and feel part of the experience.

My apologies! Unfortunately, toward the end of last year, I had to quickly find a new job after my company went through a round of layoffs. Thankfully, I was able to secure a new position before the year ended, but the job search and getting up to speed in my new role took a lot out of me, which is why my video uploads slowed down.
The good news is that I’m now settled in at work and getting back to my regular schedule. So, I hope you’re ready for a lot more videos-I’m editing them as we speak!

Informative, but nothing new. I cruise every month. Definitely on-topic new cruisers on Celebrity. Cruising is simply a city on the ocean. Nothing special... for us we are retired. it is like a trip to the supermarket. I never eat at the buffet and I wish they would get rid of the term Specialty Dining. We eat out several nights a week. There is nothing special about a restaurant. It is just food and we all have to eat.
