Exhaust fitting - XJ600N (CV) - Part 1

In this video (part 1 of 2) I fit a Delkevic SS exhaust system to the XJ600N. I also do a dB test to see what the difference is. This is also a Corrections Video on Jake the garden todger's shit video about fitting an exhaust properly.

Great videos. I just fitted this system to my XJ600S after watching this video and Part 2. The videos made things a lot easier. Cheers. The only annoying thing about these pipes is they block the oil sump nut even more than the factory pipes. You will have to remove them again to do an oil change.

I got a tri oval hi lift pipe for my sv 650. Great for the money. Easy to fit, bolted straight on. All my bikes are going to have a delk now.

are these copper gaskets that bad? OEM are quite pricey. Will have to take them out in few months for the oil change at the end of the season. Will they last 2-3 months of riding?

Looks like you need some quarter drive kit long extension and 3/8ths drive ratchet and you seem to use half in drive for every thing bit awkward not having a go just trying to help
