Start with the outlines of the foreground tree and background hills. Then, fill the sky with windy spirals, stars, and a moon. Use small lines/marks to fill the sky and tree (don't color or scribble). Draw a village under the hills, fill the rest with grass, and then cover everything with a watercolor wash.
