If you want to listen in English and understand, you have to teach your brain to listen in English and in 21 days, you can make incredible changes to condition your brain to understand more!
Does that mean you will understand everything 100% in 21 days? NO! The idea is to change your process and how your brain reacts to audio files in English. By changing your strategies, you can reprogram your brain and use it in your favor!
If you need to improve your listening comprehension, simply listening more will NOT be the answer. Try to follow the ideas I am going to suggest in this video. Give them a go for the next 21 days. You will understand more!
I know it can be frustrating at times; trying to understand native speakers and get nothing, or very little. If you need to improve your listening comprehension, if you need to understand movies and TV series, or people at work, these are GOLDEN strategies that will put you in the direction of comprehension.
Why 21 days? It is a cycle and a great number of days to start building A HABIT. Habits are the key to success!

I am in USA now, for three months. Speaking to americans is so so so hard! I think we need english courses like this you have offered. I am thinking about for the future. But it has been a great experience!

It can be a challenge, Andreas but the secret is to follow an integrated practice. I talk a lot about that here on my channel and that's bascically what I teach my BSA. I have many students who live in the USA and have improved a lot after following my method :) Keep it up! You will improve!!
