His choice to bounce back, and to continue designing skis is inspiring! black crows feature some of the most progressive and harmonic shapes available on the market today! Truly an awesome story.
9:24 - yeah, that explains why I fell in love with Atris the day I tried them. A precision and an edge-to-edge bounce on the groomers like few other skis has, as long as there is a centimeter of soft snow, and absolute monsters on deeper snow. Absolutely love them and they complement the Vertis I already had (that I still skied a lot of powder and that I still bring for groomers-only ice/crap snow days).
I just got the possibility to join a ski test and tested the 2018 Atris, coming from Rossignol and Armada; I totally agree with you. I also found some other really good skis in the same ski test from other brands, but the Atris blew my mind. Both powder and piste. That is why I'm here watching this video; I'm learning more about Black Crows skis. I feel I have missed out on something, only to now understand how much of a difference a ski can be for my riding.
The atris is an incredible ski. I recently bought a pair. How I have been missing out. Such a fun ski. Nimble and yet can be skied aggressively and fast. Super fun. Floats well. This is the true one ski quiver
Love the story. I had to opportunity to meet Julien and Camille last year when he visited the shop I work at in NH. Such a refreshing outlook on skiing and design. He explained his reason for not shaping freestyle skis symmetrical and it makes perfect sense. A true legend!
funny because I just happened to switch from JJ's to Nocta's. While the JJ's served me well and were great skis, the Nocta's are superior in my opinion, and can't wait to take my skiing to the next level with them!
