Exactly totally fake,and if you look carefully it's not the same cat in the end,that poor cat must have died,when they become so emaciated,it's usually a sign of kidney problems and other serious diseases,no real vet would say feed them and give them vitamins without even looking at the cat.These people make videos for likes.
