Is there any difference in item drops between dispatch or automatic? Because frankly, if there isn't, I don't see any use in doing it "quickly", if the same rubbish is to fall, (which usually happens...), in 25 seconds or 5 minutes, it's the same...

Actually, there is. When Guild buff gear drop is activated, it only last for 30 mins. So, technically you need to be fast clearing dg.
