      I'm almost sure tracks in the video actually were part of NYC Water Level Route.

      These are the water level route tracks New York to Chicago mainline the old train depot was taken over by Amtrak around 1990’s Conrail offices were in the station then they moved to Dearborn,michigan

      The lake freighters radio the bridge then he opens not sure now but this bridge also controls two others bridges one over portage river and Sandusky river

      The bridge was originally New York central then Penncentral then Conrail I maintained this bridge when it was Conrail till 1999 then it went to the N&S it opens for grain boats sometimes sail boats or tugs their are two grain companies next to the bridge busy season couple of boats a week
